NIFTY MAY FUTURES TRADE AT PREMIUM

The Nifty May 2023 futures closed at 18,359, a premium of 11 points compared with the Nifty`s closing of 18,348 in the cash market.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 advanced 33.60 points or 0.18% to settle at 18,348.
The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, advanced 0.27% to 12.61.
Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone and Reliance Industries were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
The May 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 25 May 2023.
