Nifty November futures trade at premium

The Nifty November 2023 futures closed at 19,488, a premium of 44.45 points compared with the Nifty`s closing 19,443.55 in the cash market.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 lost 82 points or 0.42% to settle at 19,443.55.

The NSE`s India VIX, a gauge of market`s expectation of volatility over the near term, fell 1.41% to 11.19.

Coal India, PFC and RFC were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

The November 2023 F&O contracts will expire on 30 November 2023.
