Business is dependent and will continue to depend on their manufacturing facilities
Their business is dependent upon ability to manage their manufacturing facilities, which are subject to various operating risks, including those beyond control, such as the breakdown or failure of equipment, industrial accidents, severe weather conditions and natural disasters. Although they have not experienced any serious accidents in the past three years, they may experience accidents in the future which could adversely affect the business, results of operations and financial condition.
