Designation: Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Qualification: Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Commerce Graduate

Mr. Rajiv Shastri-Director and Chief Executive Officer of NJ Asset Mnagement Private Limited has resigned and accordingly ceased to be the Key Personnel of NJAMPL with effect from June 30, 2024.
