NMDC HAS FIXED 15TH DECEMBER 2021 AS THE RECORD DATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND.
NMDC - NMDC has fixed 15th December 2021 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
As on today, NMDC is India's largest merchant iron ore miner and one of the lowest cost iron ore producers in the world. Recently, the company has announced 15th December as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend of Rs 9.01 ps. (Rupees Nine and One Paise Only) per equity share of face value of Rs 1/- each i.e. 6.20% of current market price of |145. Furthermore, the company will get 14th December as the ex-dividend date. This will be first dividend by NMDC Limited in the current Financial year.
As on today, for NMDC of the total fully paid up 293 cr. Equity Shares of Rs.1/- each, about 60.79% of the shares are held by the promoter, 10.53% are held by the public, 6.83% are held by foreign Institutional Investors, 5.53% are held by Mutual Funds and about 16.32% are held by others.
