As per media reports, Airtel has raised 2G entry level tariffs in Odisha and Haryana circles from existing Rs 99 to Rs 128 (~30% increase). The erstwhile Rs 99 vouchers are not visible on the website for these circles

We believe this is water testing to see the customer response to tariff increase. 2G revenues would be slightly less than ~20% of overall revenues. These circles contribute less than ~3% to overall revenues. The overall intent of Airtel remains to raise tariff to Rs 200 in the near term and Rs 300 in the medium to long term from Rs 191, currently
