Forbes Engineering manufactures precision products in four segments, including cutting tools, turnkey solutions for marking and traceability, industrial automation, and spring lock washers. Forbes Real Estate is presently involved in constructing Vicinia, a premium residential experience in Powai. Forbes Technosys is involved in developing payment processing and transaction automation solutions.

Promoters have a 73.85% stake, foreign institutions have an 11.53% stake, the Central Government has a 0.86% stake, the general public has a 10.07% stake, and financial institutions have a 0.11% stake.
