Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of "DAPS Advertising Limited" and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Company was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on September 20, 2018. The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer of 17,00,000 equity shares by raising money aggregating to Rs 5.1 Cr through fresh issue in November, 2022.
