Oberoi Realty is a real estate development company with a special focus on the real estate market of Mumbai. The company has developed more than 42 projects in the Mumbai area as of December 2022. The company aims to deliver 48.7 million square feet of real estate in the coming years (already in the pipeline). The company has won several awards for its services, such as the AutoDesk Industry Disruptor Award 2021 and the Hindustan Times Most Admired Homes Award in 2021.
