Quess Corporation Limited is one of India’s largest business services companies. The company provides a range of services to other companies, such as sales and marketing, human resources, IT management, back office operations, customer support, etc. Quess, headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka, was founded in 2007. The company provides its services to clients spread across nine countries. It has more than half a million employees.

On 17 January 2023, the market capitalisation of the company was Rs 5,868.52 crore. It reported consolidated sales of Rs 3030 crore at the end of September 2022. The company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange with the code 539978 and on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) with the code QUESS.  

Ajit Isaac is the non-executive chairman of the company. Guruprasad Srinivasan, Chandran Ratnaswami, Gopalakrishnan Soundarajan, Gaurav Mathur, Revathy Ashok, Sanjay Anandaram, and Kalpathi Rathna Girish are some of the other directors, and N Ravi Vishwanath is the chief financial officer. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP is the auditor of the company.

On 17 January 2023, Quess Corporation’s share price on BSE was Rs 397.45 and Rs 397.55 on the NSE. The share price touched a 52-week high of Rs 835.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 390.45. Its three-month return to investors was -31.6%, while its one-month return was -50.6%.

The promoters of Quess Corporation have a stake of 51.9% in the company, while non-institutional investors have a stake of 40.6%. Domestic institutional investors and foreign institutional investors have a consolidated stake of 8.04% in the company.
