The company during the year 2017 had issued 50000000 preferential warrants having Face value of Rs 2/- each (effective post split) @ Rs 2.50/- per share to non-promoters. All the said warrants were fully paid and converted by the warrant holder`s into 50000000 equity shares of F.V Rs 2/- each.
